How do I revise my catalogue entry once it's published?

Edit any field in your listing at any time; your changes are indexed immediately when you save.

Updated

Accessing the card

Sign in and navigate to /account/listings. Locate your entry and select "Edit" beside it. You may also open the editor using the "Edit your listing" button in any message we dispatch to you about that accession. The form is identical to the one in which you originally created the entry.

What you can modify

Within the editor, you have access to:

  • Your description and tagline
  • All FAQs you have added
  • Your founder social links and company social links
  • Milestones, competitors and alternatives
  • Your story

How quickly edits are indexed

Your revisions appear in the catalogue the moment you save them. There is no moderation step. We send you a notification confirming what altered, so you can spot if someone else made a change. If you did not authorise an edit, reply to that message and we restore the prior version. All versions remain in our records.

What lives in separate sections

Your photograph, biography and personal website links belong on your founder card at /account/founder. Multiple categories, second entries and listings elsewhere are managed from /account/listings. If you have claimed a listing, you edit it following the same method once your claim is authorised. To change the domain of an entry, submit a request via /help; we verify the new address before we confirm it.

Questions people ask

Do I need approval before my edits show in the directory?
No. Your changes are indexed as soon as you press save. We do not review them first.
Can I restore an old version of my listing?
Yes. If you spot an unauthorised change, reply to our email about it and we revert to the previous version. All past versions are kept.
Where do I update my founder biography and photo?
Those details live on your founder card at /account/founder, not in your listing editor.
