About Domains & Web Assets
Domains & Web Assets is the drawer for anything that helps people buy, sell, value, manage or hold a piece of the web. A name, a finished site, a bundle of templates: if it can be owned and transferred, this is where its card goes. Each listing sits in its own index-card entry, with the founder's description, a link to the product and the category it was filed under.
Four subcategories split the drawer. Domain marketplaces cover places where names change hands. Website flipping covers whole sites bought and sold. Domain tools cover the utilities around a name, and Digital assets takes the rest. Pick the one that matches what the product does first, then browse with the filters. Listings appear newest first by default, and you can sort by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought, so the order reflects what visitors actually chose.

Domains & Web Assets: questions answered
- What belongs in Domains & Web Assets?
- Products and businesses whose main job is dealing in domains, websites or other transferable web assets. That includes marketplaces, flipping services, tools for researching or managing names, and digital goods. General hosting or website builders usually belong in other categories.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Ask what the customer ends up holding. A name alone points to Domain marketplaces or Domain tools. A running site points to Website flipping. Templates, collections or other files point to Digital assets. Each listing gets one main category, so choose the closest fit.
- How do I get my product listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from your site, then you check and edit every field before anything goes live. You choose this category as your main one when you submit, and that choice is included free.
- Can a listing appear in more than one subcategory?
- Every listing has one main category, included free. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5, which suits products that straddle two of these subcategories, such as a marketplace that also offers valuation tools.
- What should I compare when looking at options in this field?
- Check how ownership transfers, what fees apply and how the seller or buyer is verified. For tools, look at what data they draw on and what they export. The founder's own profile and the community votes give a useful first read.
