How voting works in the Directory
Vote on launches you find by signing in. Your vote counts fairly, and paid placement never changes vote tallies.

Casting your vote
To vote, you must sign in and confirm your email address. Each person has one vote per listing, and you can only vote on launches that are currently live. This keeps the Directory a true record of community interest.
If you've created your own launch, you can vote for it—but only after you've voted for someone else's entry first. We apply a quick human check now and then to keep the system sound.
Protection against manipulation
Votes are rate-limited per hour and per day. These limits prevent abuse. If a burst of votes looks suspicious, we flag it and hold those votes pending review. They won't be counted until we're satisfied they're genuine.
Why votes stay separate from payments
Your vote is independent of any purchase. Community votes, paid ranking (the billboard), verification marks, and factual data such as Domain Rating are four distinct systems—each labelled clearly in the Directory.
No amount of payment will alter your vote count. Active and trusted members of the community do earn influence, which can give their vote added weight over time. But influence is earned through participation, never purchased.
Questions people ask
- Do I need to be logged in to vote?
- Yes. Sign in and confirm your email address before you can cast a vote on any live launch entry.
- Can I vote for my own launch?
- You can vote for your own entry only after you've voted for at least one other person's launch first.
