About Productivity & Personal Tools
File here the tools people use to run their own days: note-takers, task lists, calendars and small add-ons that live in the browser. Each card in this drawer is a product or business making its debut, entered under a main category that the founder chose when submitting it.
Cards appear newest first, so the latest debuts sit at the front of the drawer. Visitors can re-sort by community votes, and votes can never be bought. Use the filters to narrow by subcategory, then read the cards side by side. Choose by the job you need done rather than the length of the feature list, and check that the founder's own description says plainly what the tool does and who it suits.

Productivity & Personal Tools: questions answered
- What belongs in Productivity & Personal Tools?
- Products that help an individual or small team organise their own work: capturing notes, tracking tasks, planning time, or adding useful behaviour to the browser. If the product mainly serves a company-wide function such as payroll or sales, a different category will probably suit it better.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Start with the main job the product does on an ordinary day. Writing and remembering belongs under notes, finishing work belongs under tasks, fitting things into time belongs under calendars, and anything installed into a browser belongs under extensions. Pick the closest fit, as the main category is chosen at submission.
- How do I get my product listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from your site, and you check and edit every field before anything goes live. A paid launch costs $5, while a free listing joins a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
- Can a product appear in more than one subcategory?
- Every listing has a main category, included free. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5, which suits tools that straddle, say, tasks and calendars. Use the upgrade only where the overlap is real.
- How are the listings ordered?
- By default the newest debuts come first. Visitors can switch to sorting by community votes instead. Votes cannot be bought, so the vote order reflects what people chose to back, though a recent card may simply not have had time to gather any.
