About Fintech & Payments

Welcome to the Fintech & Payments drawer. Each card here records a product or business that handles money in some form: taking a payment, issuing a card, tracking a household budget or chasing a receipt. Every entry sits under one main category, chosen by the founder at submission, so a product appears where its builders think it belongs.

Four subcategories divide the drawer: payments and checkout, banking and cards, personal finance, and expense management. Browse the whole category for a wide sweep, or step into one tab to narrow the stack. Filters help you cut the cards further, and listings run newest first unless you choose to sort by community votes. Votes cannot be bought, so the order reflects what visitors actually favoured.

Founders can add a card of their own at /submit. Paste your website address, check the draft profile, and edit every field before it goes live.

Fintech & Payments: questions answered

What belongs in Fintech & Payments?
Products and businesses whose main job involves money: accepting payments, running accounts or cards, managing personal finances, or handling company spending. If money handling is only a side feature of something else, a different category will usually suit it better.
How do I choose between the subcategories?
Ask who the product serves and what it does first. Taking money from customers goes under payments and checkout. Accounts and cards go under banking and cards. Individuals tracking money go under personal finance. Teams controlling spend go under expense management.
Can a product be listed in more than one subcategory?
Each listing has one main category, included free. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5, which suits products that genuinely straddle, such as a card with built-in expense tools.
How are listings ordered on this page?
Newest first by default, so recent debuts sit at the front of the drawer. Visitors can switch to sorting by community votes. Votes can never be bought, which keeps that ordering honest.
What should I compare when choosing a fintech tool?
Check what the product actually does, who it is built for, and how it fits the tools you already use. Read the founder's own profile, then compare cards side by side using the filters. Confirm details with the maker before relying on any product.
